Simonini SIM140 Paramotor Engine
Need more power than the available 80cc engines offered but don’t want or need the brute force of a 185cc? Meet the “little brother” of the SIM250, the SIM140!
A 90-degree “twist” on the prolific MINI 2 EVO the Simonini SIM250 was created and then scaled down to a smaller size. The SIM140 really fills that huge gap in the midsize class. The SIM140 features a very unique power characteristic where a majority of the power output is moved lower in the RPM range. Flying this engine is such a unique treat that makes you rethink what can be done on a paramotor. It is crazy how much better your foot dragging game will be with the SIM140! Also featuring a mounting pattern that fits a large majority of existing paramotor chassis it’s really a no brainer! A great choice for novice pilots with its highly precise and manageable power output and is the only Simonini engine to feature a clutch making it even more beginner and school friendly. Veteran pilots often applaud its “chill” vibe and easy to fly mannerisms. Like its big brother the SIM250, the offset engine mass makes torque twist nearly nonexistent Air cooled simplicity and Walbro familiarity make the SIM140 a breeze to install on an existing chassis, as well as a piece of cake to maintain, service and tune. Entry level price with premium options available such as dual start and clutch!
